Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated by your use of our site and dispatch tools:

• Contact details: name, phone, email, city, and job-site notes submitted through website forms.
• Service records: equipment type, appointment times, invoices, and technician notes required to complete HVAC work.
• Communications: emails, phone recordings where permitted, and SMS conversation history if you opt in.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location used for analytics and advertising measurement.

Fieldpulse CRM and SMS

Toro HVAC Inc. uses Fieldpulse as our customer relationship and field-service platform. When you request service or opt in to SMS, your name, phone number, address, job details, and message history may be stored in Fieldpulse so dispatch, technicians, and office staff can schedule and complete work.

SMS appointment reminders, dispatch notices, and service updates are sent only to numbers that have opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by following the instructions in our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy or by using the SMS opt-in form.

Fieldpulse processes this information as a service provider for Toro HVAC Inc. We do not authorize Fieldpulse to sell your information or to use it to market unrelated third-party products.

Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (including conversion tags) to understand which ads and pages lead to calls, form submissions, and SMS opt-ins. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device and receive events such as page views, click-to-call, and form submits.

This advertising data is used to measure campaign performance and to avoid showing irrelevant ads. It is not used to determine HVAC pricing. How we use information

• To quote, schedule, dispatch, invoice, and warrant HVAC work.
• To respond to calls, emails, and website forms.

• To meet legal, insurance, WCB, and tax record-keeping duties.

Non-disclosure of consumer data

Toro HVAC Inc. does not sell, rent, or trade consumer personal information. We do not disclose customer names, phone numbers, emails, job-site addresses, or service histories to unaffiliated marketers.

We share information only:

• With service providers who operate our website, CRM, SMS, payments, or advertising measurement under our instructions (including Fieldpulse and Google).
• With equipment manufacturers or warranty administrators when a claim requires it.
• When required by law, regulation, insurance, or to protect persons or property.

Retention and access
