Agreement
These terms govern use of torohvac.ca and HVAC services performed by Toro HVAC Inc., 270168 Inverlake Rd, Rocky View County, AB T1Z 0V6. By requesting a quote, booking a call, or authorizing work, you agree to these terms. Written job tickets, estimates, and invoices control if they conflict with this page.
Services
We provide residential heating, cooling, heat pump, and hot water diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and installation in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area and Rocky View County. Commercial work is by consultation only. We do not guarantee same-day arrival during peak weather events, though emergency dispatch is available 24/7 by calling 587-573-TORO (8676).
Estimates and payment terms
- Diagnostic and repair pricing is quoted before work proceeds, except where you have already authorized a published service call or membership rate.
- Installation estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote. Material and permit costs may change if the job is delayed.
- Promotional prices (including advertised AC installation rates) apply only to qualifying equipment, access, and scope described at the time of booking.
- Payment is due upon completion unless a written financing or net-term agreement says otherwise. We accept common consumer payment methods as presented at checkout.
- Unpaid invoices may accrue reasonable collection costs permitted by Alberta law.
Cancellation rules
- Service and maintenance appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by calling 587-573-TORO before a technician is dispatched.
- If a technician is already en route or on site and you cancel, a trip or diagnostic charge may apply.
- Installation jobs cancelled after equipment has been ordered may be subject to restocking, freight, and permit fees charged to Toro HVAC Inc. by suppliers. Those costs will be disclosed and billed where they cannot be recovered.
- Toro HVAC Inc. may reschedule for safety, weather, parts availability, or access issues.
Warranty parameters
Warranties on HVAC work fall into two categories. They are not interchangeable.
Equipment manufacturer warranty
New furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and listed parts carry the warranty published by the manufacturer. Registration, maintenance, and misuse conditions in the manufacturer booklet apply. Toro HVAC Inc. does not extend, shorten, or replace those factory terms. Claims for failed equipment are processed through the manufacturer; we will assist with diagnosis and documentation as the installing or servicing contractor.
Installation workmanship warranty
Toro HVAC Inc. warrants our installation labour against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice (or one year from completion if no period is stated), provided the equipment is used as designed and has been maintained. This workmanship warranty covers our labour to correct installation errors. It does not cover manufacturer defects, acts of weather, dirty filters, lack of maintenance, third-party alterations, or damage from freezing, flooding, or electrical events.
Repair labour on existing equipment is warranted as stated on the job ticket. Consumables, diagnostics, and trip charges are generally non-refundable once performed.
Website use
Content on this site is for information about Toro HVAC Inc. services. It is not an offer to perform work at a specific price unless a current promotion says otherwise and you qualify. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with forms or tracking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Alberta law, Toro HVAC Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost contents, temporary lodging, or utility costs, except where caused by our proven negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Questions: info@torohvac.ca or 587-573-TORO (8676).
